Though he wasn't able to fix our fridge (it's 24 years old and the part needed is obsolete) he was helpful in offering tips to try to locate it and knew exactly what the problem was, saying he was sorry he couldn't get the part himself as it was an easy fix. Very knowledgeable, punctual and kind.

Tadd knew what was wrong immediately and after parts were received he fixed our dishwasher fast! He explained everything he was doing and gave us pointers on avoiding problems in the future. He was very careful not to make a mess. He dealt competently with the company on the phone when a payment problem arose. I would love to have him back anytime I need any repairs!
