I always so impressed by Cornelius, he is a professional and very good at his job. My dryer was fixed in no time. I had previously had it diagnosed with another company who was horrible. I am so happy I found your service! I didn't think Sears was around anymore! Happy happy happy!

He presented himself on site with easebtruws and a smile. He was will to help. Went over my service request with professionalism and replaced tge LED light with skill and expertise. He showed me how they take careful lead in replacing the part. He was friendly and respectful and considered respecting caution to germs and the seasons changes.
