Alex is a top level technician and knows all the ins and outs of his trade. His explanations of the operation of the components of the system were easy to understand and very enlightening. We learned some things today about stove and oven ops and how it works. He was truly a pleasure to have in our home and is a treasure to your business, I rate him a 10 on your 5 point system. Jevgenijs was courteous, efficient and did a great job. The only area where improvement could apply is in providing a smaller window of time for when the repairman would arrive. The 8:00 - 5:00 timeframe is too broad and the uncertainty can needlessly waste significant customer time.
