Great service
Josh was very helpful in a difficult situation. I have been having problems with Sears Home warranty and talking with someone. I had an appointment and it had to be rescheduled due their scheduling. I was approved to have it expedited and find my own repair. I called Sears and got an appointment sooner than waiting 30 days .

Martin called stating he still had his ticket open and came to check my dryer. I mentioned it smells like gas. He confirmed. The valve is leaking gas and Emmanuel did not check the valve. Matin did a great job.
