Ben was the technician and by far the best one O have ever had. This repair was after I had called previously and it was not fixed. This young man was outstanding and I hope if I ever need repairs again, I can have him. He knew immediately what the problem was and worked hard to correct it. Unfortunately he found a bigger problem than the one he corrected and is reporting it. Thank you.

Fast diagnosis, new drum rollers fixed the problem. Cleaned out the lint trap and leveled the dryer. A+++++

Sears needs more repair/servicemen like Joshua. When he comes to the house, he enjoys being there, he enjoys his job and he's great interacting with the customers. He's thorough, he explains things smoothly and he he's personable and most importantly competent at what he does. The job's gonna get done right and get done well the first time.. I'd give Joshua 10 stars if I could just impressed by this young man
