Tom is impressive. Took the time to listen and then did a check on the heating gauge accuracy. He cleaned the vent and motor. He provided helpful information for replacing the filter screen with the correct part number. We have used A&E and Sears appliance repair and servicing for 20 years and have never had an issue. Thank you!

My technician arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. He diagnosed the issue right away and knew exactly what to do. He removed all of the ice buildup, cleared the affected tube/line, and thoroughly thawed and handled everything with care. He left the work area completely clean and put everything back in perfect condition. I'm very grateful for how professional, friendly, and effective he was. Highly recommend.

Having issues with my dryer. Ethan R cleaned it out thoroughly and then offered some advice on how to prevent lint build-up in the future. He worked quickly and was very thorough, looked for other possible problems, and tested the machine afterwards.
