After inspection and review, Ian researched the availability of parts and it was determined that they were no longer available. My Counter Unit was deemed a "Pre Existing Condition" and would not be eligible for repair under program.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Keith is very friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend him to anyone. We had had another service man come out and he did not do anything and was not knowledgeable or professional at all.

Cornelius and his apprentice, Daniel, did an excellent job on our Kenmore washer. Cornelius, as an experienced senior technician and manager, is smart, articulate and courteous.
