After 3 re-schedules, we finally got a technician this morning. We were happy that we appeared to be first stop this morning. Because it is a gas dryer, my husband was worried about possible breaks and failing parts that could cause gas leak and/or sparks and cause a fire. Kenneth was patient and very helpful; explained the situation to him and what to look for in the future. There was no repair required today for our 5-year old dryer. Thank you.
