First of all Fabiana is such a nice and respectful person. She's so skillful and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Coming from the Aircraft building industry as a inspector for any part or systems that had to be installed I very familiar with people who know what they are doing and she's one of those kind of people. I can also tell she loves her job. Sears you have a great employee here. Very professional!!!

My washer was leaking water. Arnold J did a thorogh job in discovering the problem, ordering the parts, and returning to repair the washer. He did a great job, and he explained everything he was doing. (IHe also did a diagnostic evaluation on our dryer. ) I was very pleased with his work, and my washer is working ver;y well now. Thanks to you, Arnold!

Abdailslam was courteous and timely, he explained everything he found of issue and provided photos so we could see on both visits. He ordered the parts that came quickly and was able to fix the problem within 2 days. He set up the appointment before he left so we knew when it'd be fixed. One thing that annoyed me, not about him, but I got 3 or 4 auto calls reminding me of the initial appointment and some id answer and it wasn't responding ….id prefer a text - one would be sufficient. On the day he came to fix it, again too many calls that were not responding to my voice and either cut off or ..it was totally annoying bc I was working outside and had to take off gloves to answer. …the cost to repair was pretty costly and we could have bought a new one, but know new ones w computers often have costly fix's too.

Benny has been coming over to fix the same refrigerator for quite a few months now. He always comes in with a big smile, great personality and always ready to tackle the job at hand. He's been so patient trying to fix the lemon of refrigerator. He's extremely dependable and knowledgeable. Can't ask for a better technician.
