Karl was a great technician. We had a dishwasher that wouldn't start a wash cycle. We had received parts that were ordered, and when the panel was not the original part for the dishwasher, and it had different buttons than the one for our dishwasher, he called to confirm that it could be used. He spent the time to install the parts, make sure that it would work, and notify us that the part is different and that we should note the differences when using it. Karl was very helpful, and I appreciate his diligence and professionalism!
