Amazingly knowledgeable tech!
What can I say? Phillip was truly amazing, not only did he know exactly what was wrong with the range just by looking at the front he knew the danger part number for each piece!! I wish I could specifically request him ever single time!

Hugo let me know he was here at my home. He is very polite, professional and respectful. He gave me assessment for my washer and disassembled and cleaned my dryer. He even went as far as to vacuum my refrigerator that Rogelio was assigned to. I wish Rogelio had called me when he arrived to let me know he was here. I was very pleased with Hugo. He did a wonderful job with the annual preventive maintenance.

Brad and Jake were very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. Excellent work. Sears is fortunate to have them as techs. Fives stars for them. However, I give Sears Service dept one star. The downside with the Sears service has to do with the difficulties with scheduling the appointment. Everything is based on dealing with AI (Artificial Intelligence), which means you never get to talk with a real live human. This was extremely frustrating. I had questions to ask and there was no one to call. There is no phone number to call. Only communications we got were from canned texts. So the techs were great but the Sears administrative service was terrible.
