Washer repair and dryer maintenance
Joe arrived punctually. He diagnosed 2 errors — filling with water and spinning- but was unable to replicate the problem I was having. I appreciated his diligence in systematically testing all possible systems, although it probably took him longer to service. And all were working as expected. Joe was pleasant and gave me some tips on continuing to maintain the washer and dryer.

He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and came early. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem with our Kenmore gas dryer and found a maintenance issue with the washing machine and repaired it quickly. I would highly recommend Sears home service.
