Vish was great but your service to the customer is awful. No human to talk too. I received 2 texts stating I had cancelled. Which I DID NOT! Another text said they couldn't get to it. I have stayed home 4 days due to all of this. VERY frustrating. Why can't you at least give a morning or afternoon window. Not at all what I expected. I've waited 4 weeks to get an oven repaired!!

Nico and his two helpers were polite and thorough. However, it has taken two months from the time I requested service for technicians to get here. During this time, you rescheduled four service appointments.
