An outstanding technician
While we were greatly disappointed, frustrated and annoyed by the communication from your scheduling office and the delays we had encountered as a result, we were absolutely thrilled with the performance of Abib D. He was courteous, professional and very diligent in his work. Unlike his home office, he communicated with us very effectively. We were impressed with his clear desire to do the job well and fix our problem. He worked here for several hours without interruption, and advised us about his concerns with the quality of one of the parts ordered and gave us the information on how to properly follow up. All of your employees should be so dedicated and proficient.

New compressor needed.
John went above and beyond replacing the compressor in the refrigerator. He had to take the doors off the refrigerator to move it out to work at the back of it. He was here about two hours. He did an awesome job. I definitely would recommend him to do all of our work.

Technician visit
Austin checked in by telephone and advised of his approximate time of arrival. He was punctual and very courteous! Austin inspected my non-functioning water heater, took photos and agreed the water heater could not be repaired due to an internal breach. Austin was very informative and knowledgeable of the Kenmore water heater. He advised as to what would occur from administration. Very nice young man!
