Roman was great. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part but due to the warehouse not paying attention to the fact that ours was an older model and the part ordered would not work without a newer model of another part, and said part would be here BUT could not be installed until Tuesday the 26th due to Memorial weekend, we cancelled the repair order. Twelve days without a working fridge is a long time, not to mention the food lost from the freezer. We liked Roman as he is personable, considerate and explains things very well.

Eliseo was courteous, efficient, and clear in his explanations. The only thing that could have been better would have him being able to fix my refrigerator. Apparently the damage was beyond the limits of the warrenty.
