Too Garrett - Dryer repair
Tarrance was very polite and informed me of progress. Asked permission for getting serial numbers on appliances.....a bit late but still fell within window and may not be his fault

Walked me through the issue. Unfortunately, have to go back to my landlord to confirm a plan. Nikita talked me through the issue and how to explain it to my landlord for the best possible fix. Additionally, was timely and delivered a fast service. Will be using Sears in the future!
