Good experience
Alexander was terrific. He quickly diagnosed my dryer's problem, showed me the issue, and gave me options. He alerted me to ways to reduce my cost. He fixed my problem before my mom realized he was there. ( And our dog liked him, too.

However, the customer service desk was not. When I made the appointment, I asked if Sears covered the vent that goes from the dryer to the ceiling. He said, "yes." I said, "So, Sears will replace the vent?" He said, "yes" again. Four times I asked and he answered. But when the first service provider came, he said Sears doesn't cover that. The 2nd provider explained that customer service makes more money for every appointment they make. So if they lie, that's why. That's very sad.

Winfred is an asset to Sears. He has an extensive knowledge of refrigeration and knows how to get the job done correctly. He has a great personality and is very willing to answer questions about what is being done. Sears could definitely benefit from more employees with his knowledge and experience.
