RATE MY TECHNICIAN
Austin was amazing. He diagnosed the fact the first technician installed the wrong springs and installed Town of them incorrectly so one was broken and another was not seeded right. He also correctly diagnosed the control board not working and the pump not working as well. Wish all technicians were as thorough as Austin.

Johnny was very good and experienced. The automated tracking did not work well, telling me he would arrive at 9:48, then it was 10:48, and he finally arrived at 11:30. Also the automated messages reminding me of the appointment was very annoying. I didn't need two reminders every day. Glad Johnny was sent, as he was very personable, knowledgeable and professional.
