Willa showed up on time and conducted herself in a professional manor. Not only did she remove the frozen food from the freezer but she made her diagnosis in an efficient manner and conducted the repairs quickly.she also put all the frozen food that had been removed back into the freezer. If Willa worked for me I would be proud to have her in my employ and I would give her a very healthy raise in pay.

Alberto arrived on time right to the minute. He went right to troubleshooting the issue with ice maker. Found the ice maker was working and that the waterline was frozen in the door. He tried to defrost line. He stopped because of concern that he could damage line in door. His recommendation was to turn refrigerator off over night and turn back on in morning allow the line to defrost without damaging the food in refrigerator. Ice starting making within 40 minutes. Alberto did a excellent job of troubling also saving me $$$ in further repairs
