I appreciate the service given by Greg. He tried to replicate the issue we saw, but adjusted a few things and was honest, that nothing major was going on. James was efficient regarding installing a new thermostat for my clothes dryer. After installing the new thermostat and doing several test runs to be sure thermostat worked, James explained what likely occurred to burn out the existing thermostat. I appreciate the work that James did to fix my clothes dryer.
