The technician, Patrick, was prompt, friendly, and extremely competent. He diagnosed the problem with our washer immediately and ordered the part on the spot. The part arrived at my house the next day, and Patrick returned early the next day to istall it. It's refreshing to see someone who is so skilled and professional.

John provided superior customer service, providing clear answers to my question on why does our washer have an odor when I keep it clean and dry. He showed me how to clean the reservoir where there is water left over when you do a load of wash. He also gave me suggestion on adding a little white vinger to get rid of the smell. Like a said...superior customer service. Thank you John.
