Jose was very thorough and spent 2 hours here repairing my refrigerator. He's an excellent serviceman. He left and said it should be working okay now. If not call Sears again and he will come back.

Theodore D was professional with his diagnosis of our Kenmore ice maker not dispensing ice. Unfortunately we couldn't afford the repairs etc., because we didn't have the plan at the time. Back to the old ice-trays in the freezer for us if we can find them. Thank you
