Liam is professional and honest. He recheck my washer and said all repairs possible have been done and there's nothing else to do. Use it until it stops working. We're in the process of doing just that, I was told when we resigned up with this agreement that if it can't be fixed you all would replace it. When it stops working I will not call, because PLawson is not welcome in my home. Thanks for nothing

Mr. Raymond was a complete professional. He explained to me what to expect along the process. He was friendly and kind. I thank him so much for all he did to help get my refrigerator ready to see if it works after waiting for more than 2 months. I thank God and I thank Mr. Raymond.
