Robert is a person who gives excellent service as well asCustomer Service very patient and understanding and wanting to solve the problem. He went above and beyond, and I appreciate his efforts. Wish there were more repair people like that.

James arrrived on time and worked deligently to repair my refrigerator. He identified the issue and attempted to resolve it to no avail. The refrigerate line was clogged and coulf not be replace due to the designed. he was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process .
