Mike came out check the washer out, ran some test on it, came up what the problem was, bad cold water valve.He said if it was not that it would be the water line to the washer.Called a plumber came out changed the valve out, it still was not working and he said the water line has to be replace so that is what is going to happen.Mike got the washer up and running but it was not the washer that was the problem,it was the water line.Mike was very professional and friendly

Shane, was arrived on schedule and went about his evaluation of our dryer with efficiency and was thorough in trying to find the problem. He found no issue with he dryer itself, but found that the dryer hose probably need to be cleaned. And he made a recommendation of what businesses offer this service.
