Sergio was great! Communication was excellent he reached out as it got near the expect time and let me know his first job took longer than planned so that put him behind. Once he arrived he was informative on what the situation appeared to be and the diagnostics to be done. Once he was did the diagnostics and determined the issue as he worked the quote to fix it he made sure to try and cover all the possible problems that might end up costing more in the end. Overall great experience the situation we had was just to cost prohibitive to try and fix the fridge.
