Water Heater Preventative Check
Bowman was an exceptional knowledgeable, efficient, cordial technician. It was a pleasure to have him service my water heater! I am disappointed with the poor notification system when there will be a no show. I had two appointments on 10/23 and 10/24 which were no shows and were rescheduled to 10/28. On 11/4, I had a no show which was reschedule to 12/2. Customers deserve appropriate notification. Is overbooking a problem???

Joanne replaced my non functional icemaker in the Sears Kenmore refrigerator/ freezer. She was able to locate the correct replacement part, even though it was non-standard for a Sears Kenmore and was very knowledgeable about how to operate the icemaker and the refrigerator.
