Daniel did a fast and efficient job, but the replacement product which we waited weeks for is not working. It did before Daniel left. It is the light to our refrigerator. It blinks when the door is open. I am sure Dr. Fixit will replace it. They stand behind their products and work.

Ahmed was professional and knowledgeable-took the time to properly assess the problem and took the machine apart to determine what the problem was (something the first technician failed to do-resulting in an unnecessary part to be ordered) the machine just required a little lubricant.
