The technician was professional. The work was done quickly. The problem was with getting a technician here. I repeatedly told the "automated system" that the part was delivered on the 24th. The system noted that the part had not been shipped. I added a note that I had the shipped part. The full charges were paid in the amount of $666.54. The automatic system would schedule the next available date. However there was no technician sent to repair the refrigerator. This was done four times. I told the automated system that I was files a complaint and report to the BBB. Immediately automated system set the appointment for today for an arrival time between 11:00am and 1pm. Shortly afterwards I received a call from the technician.
