Boris worked to see if could repair refrigerator but could not get parts to complete the repair. He said they were no longer available. He did what he could do. The thing I can't understand is that parts for a 7 year old refrigerator are no longer available. Was forced to buy a new refrigerator. Not happy with that since the unit was, as I said, 7 years old.

Kevin was prompt and assessed the issues with both appliances and made quick repairs with one minor issue with the washer that required a separate part that was ordered and a follow up appointment was made. Kevin and his associate were pleasant and professional. I was very pleased with the outcome of the appointment.
