Great service by Michael.
Michael did a good job of keeping me informed of his arrival time and when he got here, he executed the checks that needed to be done and was able to provide solutions down the road to getting my refrigerator water dispenser working again.

Enrique B. Was very efficient and completed repair in a timely manner. Professional and courteous. Very helpful. Previous technician Daniel first encounter 11/28/2025, misdiagnosed problem, resulted in purchasing wrong item for repair and having to reschedule twice in order for issue to be properly resolved. Also I incurred a higher repair cost than I intended. Would not of repaired had I known. Very dissatisfied with overall experience although second technician resolved problem. I will not be using your services in the future and will not recommend due to inconveniences.

Technician was outstanding. Your A I system is terrible i would not recommend your business to anyone because of it. I will never use your service again because of it which is a real shame because your technicians are great at their job in spite of your terrible support

James was friendly, efficient and fast. His first visit was to find the problem and he knew what it was exactly, the part was delivered to me in two days, which was a surprise. Next day a different tech came, looked at the double oven and said"we need two techs for this" and left. Billy returned, and replaced the part, by his self, no second person needed. The cost for the heating element and labor was $700.00 plus. I thought this was high, but called Sears as it was a Kenmore product.
