After many trips out and many parts ordered, our dryer is finally fixed and quiet! The last two visits were by Chuck, who is a long-time Sears employee. He knew what he was doing and after he had to order two more parts, he fixed our dryer yesterday. He is very personable and explained to us what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it!
