Jerel is one of the best Sears maintenance employees who has ever come out to fix our appliances (and we've had this master protection agreement for over 25 years). Completely thorough, hard working, honest and above-and-beyond (in contrast to the guy who came out before, "Tom P.", who utterly half-assed it and blatantly lied to me several times about what could be wrong with the washer). Jerel is the type of employee that companies are lucky to have--the kind who give the company a good reputation (as opposed to lazy frauds like Tom P., who make you want to switch companies and never come back). Give Jerel a raise!
