Kenneth arrived at our home at the appointed time and was kind, knowledgeable and highly professional. He spotted our problem, discussed its causes and gave us tips on how to prevent it in the future. Kenneth also looked at our dryer and discovered it was full of lint that could have started a fire, and actually had at some point as there were burnt pieces visible in the lint he removed. His attention to detail and expertise are greatly appreciated. We would like to thank him for saving our appliances and possibly our lives. It is absolutely horrific that when you call the Sears's number you only get AI and can NOT reach a live person… I WAS ON THE PHONE ALMOST AN HOUR AND A HALF AND STILL COULD NOT GET A LIVE PERSON. That is absolutely horrific customer service! The two servicemen that came were wonderful, but if there is a problem, you cannot reach anyone… You really need to fix this!
