Drain motor replacement
Sade was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and timely. She succeeded where an earlier technician failed to repair the drain pump motor assembly. You want/need 10 more repair technicians like Sade! Great effort. Thank you

There were two repairmen - and they found the problem quickly and reported to me the cause and what I need to do to maintain the machine. I appreciated that they came during the agreed upon time between 1-5. They were here by 1:30, which I appreciated - so I could care for other things afterward. They were knowledgeable and friendly.

Good experience with the technician. Still don't like the AI scheduling. I had three items that needed repair two maintenance and one repair. It just did not work out and I only had one item fixed.
