As usual, his time schedule kept changing from around noon to around 3:00, but he kept updating his arrival time which was very comforting knowing I was going to be serviced. Many times in the past, I have waited all day never to see or hear from the service person!!!! When Baqir arrived, he efficiently fixed my dryer and left me with a smile!

This wasn't Gary's first visit to my house. He repaired one of my two Kenmore refrigerators in November 2025 and within a month he had to come back to repair my second refrigerator for the same issue. A bad compressor.
