Expertise and Honesty
Noe was really good. He quickly determined that our compressor died after 10 years, but didn't try to talk us into an expensive repair on an old refrigerator. I highly recommend him.

Joseph was great. I must say I am very disappointed that my washer failed after less than six and a half years. The cost to order and install a new latch and a new drain pump exceeds the original cost of this washer and the non-Kenmore washer we have ordered to replace it.

We needed refrigerator repair and set up appt. Kevin arrived on time, was polite, cordial, and professional. After diagnosing the problem and then discovering parts are no longer available, he put everything back and cleaned the area. Apologized for not being able to repair and thanked us for the opportunity. All in all great experience. New refrigerator is in transit.

Very professional, easy to converse with and provided information we needed to insure our appliance would function well. We sincerely appreciate the instructions he provided us. Madho was wonderful! Very knowledgeable service technician. He was able to repair our ice maker as the one that was shipped to us was a dirty used equipment & that one was unacceptable to us.
