Once Tung came out, he did a good job of evaluating my problem with my Washing Machine. However, it took 5 tries for him to come out. The scheduling needs to be improved. Maybe it's because of the Holiday, but I waited around for 4 other appointments and nobody came out. I would have been really upset if my Washer was not working at all.

Hector kept me updated on his arrival. When he got here he explained what he'd be doing-he was very kind and professional. He got a mat to prevent scratching my floor when pulling out the oven. He then explained his findings. The push on the protection plan was a little much, but not too long and annoying. Overall, Hector did a great job.
