Good informative service.
Although I problem cannot easily be fixed due to unavailable parts for our older Kenmore refridgerator, we appreciated the thorough diagnostics and showing us what was wrong. It allowed us to make a better decision about our refridgerator. Friendly and patient service.

Hector kept me updated on his arrival. When he got here he explained what he'd be doing-he was very kind and professional. He got a mat to prevent scratching my floor when pulling out the oven. He then explained his findings. The push on the protection plan was a little much, but not too long and annoying. Overall, Hector did a great job.

Wife was convinced our 25 year old Kenmore Referigerator was having a temperature adjustment problem. David was able to confidently explain their interplay, their relationship to excess time leaving the doors open, and the properfunction of the twice-a-day default function. Success. Wonderful 25 year old Kenmore still works perfectly, wife understands that holiday-season constant-opening of the unit results in a need to temporarily adjust it for higher effort. Thanks, David M. Mark was super awesome! Honest, Polite and 100% knew what he was doing. Very careful to use a pad on our flooring and very kind with his explanations of our questions while being serviced. Sears Home service should feel Blessed to have an employee such as Mark M. And us as well to know people are willing and wanting to work and take pride in what they do.
