Kenmore Washer inspection for possible repairt.
Conrad was very polite and professional. He quickly did an analysis and determine the washer was beyond repair based on two parts were no longer made and thus unable to repair the washer.

John was a professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me options of repair or replacement. Since it was almost the same cost to repair or replace, we have opted for replacement. He also gave us some general guidance on the appliances that might fit our needs.

My oven stopped workign right after Christmas (thankfully we got through the holiday!). I scheduled a service call on line, one was available the next day. The technician was unable to fix the repair and repairs would have been about the cost of a new oven. He was thorough, personable, helped answer my questions about new models, suggestions for how to think about replacement, etc. This is the second time I have booked Sears Home Services on line and I was very pleased with my experience.
