I had an issue with my dryer and contacted Sears. A technician named Scott arrived on the same day. Scott was quiet, but polite. He quickly resolved the issue. The technicians I have interacted with all in the past all like Scott.

James J was polite efficient and professional. He patiently explained what he found and what to expect next. He is an asset to your company! He represents Sears very well. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the technician. I took the day off work a second time due to the window of the scheduled assessment was between 8am and 3 so I had to take the entire day off. The arrival time was after 4 I could have worked or taken a 1/2 day. Please consider a four hour timeframe window thanks.
