The tech is a great guy but choice denied the claim after previously approving the claim. The parts were taken and the work was not done. Again the tech was great but this whole experience with choice was horrible

Jimmy arrived shortly after he called stating he was on his way. I gave him directions to find me. He checked the washer and determined that I had fixed the OE code, but when I put the filter back in, it wasn't in all the way, which is the reason for the flooding issue. He ran several cycles to make sure their was no water coming out from under, around or especially where the filter was replaced. He checked the diagnostics of the machine. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise.
