Finally after all the time from the first appointment on the 7th of May and two rescheduled appointments the job was finally completed on May 13th.

Tom came to my home, was polite, respectful of the home's cleanliness, and performed the service I needed to service the clothes dryer. He was educated on the exact model i had and what to do, not guessing as he went along. When finished my clothes dryer was working well.
