I have been a loyal Sears Customer for decades. This company has gone from excellent to horrible! I couldn't get a real person on the phone. I had a prior appointment, nobody came or called. Today I tried to get information. The process of verifying my ID was awful. As I was punching in the code, I received another code. There should be a phone number for people like me. I hate this AI. Hire some real people!

Norman was cordial, professional and quick. He's not the problem. The online service for repair was not good. Requested service last year 2026, time was 8:00-12:00. No one called or text. No one showed up service date, Dec 29. Had to make another date. My contract ends sometime in Feb 2026. Do I still have one more day for repair or annual Checkup?
