My technician, Stephen, was terrific. He was punctual, professional, polite, obviously knowledgeable, and very informative. The diagnosis was accompanied by a full explanation of the situation. I am pleased and thoroughly satisfied with the service call.

Mr. Kevin had all the answers, that's for sure. Knew exactly what the problem was from the very beginning. Cleaned out the ice at the bottom of the fridge, ordered the parts. And then he returned to install the part, practically taking the refrigerator apart. Happy to know that there were no extra pieces left over when he put everything back together. The only negative, was he was training somebody else. I really wish they were train people on somebody else's dime. Because it slows down the process. On the other hand, trainee followed orders and worked effectively on Kevin's instructions. Kevin is an excellent trainer.

Paulo called beforehand to give me an ETA (he came about 15 minutes later, but that was OK - traffic and all). He took the old thermostat out and put in the new one, and we discussed the placement of items in the fridge and how the shelves are configured. I would want him again, if anything went wrong.

I was so impressed with Ethan and his professionalism. An expert in his field to say the least. Explained all that he did an needed repaired.
