The service provided by Technician Michael was exemplary. From the beginning, he called and gave us an estimate of his arrival time and continued to update us with his progress. When Michael arrived, his appearance was neat and professional. He was very personable and patient when speaking with us regarding our situation. Upon observing him diagnosing the problem, it was obvious that he was an extremely knowledgeable and efficient technician. When he completed his analysis, Michael apprised us of his findings, advised us of our options and answered all our questions. I don't know if it's mandatory, but he called us the next day to provide us with follow up information. My wife and I would like to thank Sears Home Services for providing us with such an outstanding technician!
