Hermon investigated our 25 year old fridge, which has worked the entire time, to help find out what might be causing our excess electricity consumption. He carefully checked every component while patiently explaining each part and teaching me exactly what is working correctly and why. He ruled out the most obvious (and most expensive) likely cause, and now we're testing for a few days to see if we can narrow it down to something more manageable. He also helped me clear out the mouse nest in the base. Many technicians would have gone straight to "time for a new fridge," so we really appreciated that.
