Comfortable and Confident
It is an extreme pleasure to have Jacob come and access the situation with our washing machine. As he has done in the past, he is meticulous with his analysis. We are comfortable as he speaks to us as lay persons but respects our intelligence. He most pleasant, professional and sensitive to our concerns. He is very proficient and efficient and it is amazing to watch him move around and under the machines. We trust him and his ability. The integration of AI into the call is cumbersome and leaves a lot to be desired. A portion of the job call was Jacob waiting for AI to catch up to him. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with Jacob and Sears Home Service.

Harold was great. He was knowledgeable abd very pleasant. But I cannot say the same for Sears overall. Had Harold been my first repairman, I would not have had to be without a washer over a month.

Domingo was FABULOUS! The is not the first time Domingo has been to our house. Once again, he was courteous, friendly, intelligent, efficient; he really knew his work. However, your new system of my only being able to make arrangements and talk to a machine were horrible. So horrible - I have no plans to renew my service protection plan. For only one example - I got a call a half hour after Domingo left tonight telling me that he would be here in half an hour.

The service technician Noe was great in evaluating the problems with my dryer. He provided me with direct causes, contributing factors, and a lot of knowledge on what to look out for and what maintenance needs are the best way to continue a successful working appliance. Noe was very professional and helpful in explaining everything he was doing. Highly recommend their services.
