This man was awsome!
He checked out everything on old washer & price of new washer was cheaper. I had many questions & he answered all. He was very thorough. Serviced dryer also. Friendly, professional, cheerful.

Eric was great, but after waiting all week for the part needed, the part was never available. So Eric did nit show up due to the part not being available. I has to call Eric to get a response in the afternoon. I was told that now I need a new dryer. I wasted a week for nothing.
