Technician was cordial, knowledgeable and explained everything. That said, I was disappointed with the overall service because parts to repair my refrigerator have been discontinued, so he was unable to do a repair. I was charged for a service call without having any resolution. Had this been explained to me from the get-go (perhaps by a live agent instead of an AI agent), I might have made a different choice about hiring this company.
